Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Please read this before you buy!
All orders are shipped from Tampere, Finland. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but please note that during busy seasons and periods (like holidays, shop updates etc.), processing times may be extended up to three weeks. Please note that regular postal services cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer three main shipping methods provided by the Finnish national postal service Posti:
1. Economy Letter (Untracked):
- An inexpensive option for domestic and international orders
2. Priority Letter (Untracked):
- A faster option for international orders
3. Package (Tracked):
- A more reliable option with tracking for domestic orders
- Typically faster than an economy letter, but delays can occur
Please allow at least 30 business days before inquiring about a lost order after shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
International Orders
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or control these fees.
Delivery

- Delivery times and costs will be specified during checkout
- We are not liable for damages during transport or delays beyond our control
Returns Policy
- Please contact us before returning any products
- No products may be returned to us without prior written consent from us
- All returns are subject to a return charge
- You may return unused, undamaged, unwashed, and/or unaltered products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
